Delivery Questions
I don't always have dry cleaning am I obligated to use your service?
No you will never be charged for non use. It is a free service and you can use it as much or as little as you like.
Where do I put my clothing when you pick it up?
We will provide you with two PCleaners bags for you to leave clothes in. Leave the bag on your front porch or wherever you have instructed. You will receive your bag back every time we deliver you back an order.
What time will my cleaning be picked up/dropped off?
We do all deliveries within a 5 hour time period between 9:00 A.M. and 2:00 P.M.
Where will my cleaning be dropped off?
We will leave your cleaning on your door handle or hook on your front porch. You can also request a designated area for you clothes to be dropped off.
How do I pay for using your service?
You will receive a statement in the mail once a month at the end of each month showing how much you spent. You can pay by check, online, or you can give us your credit card number and we can debit you every week if you've used the service that week. This is ideal for customers who use dry cleaning frequently.
How do you keep my credit card information safe?
We have an encrypted server that stores and saves your information securely.

What are your hours of operation?
We are open 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. Monday thru Saturday, and are closed on Sunday. We accept emails 24/7 and will respond to them as quickly as possible.
If I have a problem with my order who should I talk to?
Call and ask for the store manager. He or she will talk to you and try to best help you with whatever problem you are having.
